What is Cashmere and Mango’s return policy?
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
- We do not cover shipping costs for a return. The shipping cost to return purchases is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend shipping USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We also advise getting a tracking number and insurance for the total value of the item in case of any damages or lost packages.
- All items must be returned unused with original packaging (tags, boxes, and a copy of the receipt). We will not issue refunds for items that are in used condition or not returned in its original packaging.
- All of our items are 100% authentic. Most of our items will come in our own box, and some may come in the designer brands box. Some items will have just our Cashmere and Mango tags, some will have only the designer tags, and some may have both.
- All Sweet Mana products such as Mana Mist, Body Butter Lotion, Lip Love Balm, and Body Butter Candles are FINAL SALE. We will not accept returns for these products.
- ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. These items are NOT eligible for a refund.
Returning an Item? Follow These Easy Steps.
STEP 1: Not satisfied with your item? Is your item damaged? We are sorry to hear that. Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your item at firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authorization Form. Don’t forget you only have 7 days from the time you receive the item to get a refund.
STEP 2: Make sure the item is unused in its original packaging (boxes, tags, return authorization form, and don’t forget a copy of the receipt). This is a MUST for all returns.
STEP 3: Package your item carefully with the items mentioned in STEP 2. Don’t worry; we will tell you where to ship it to when we email you the return authorization form.
STEP 4: Mail it!!!!! We recommend USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Once you have mailed it, email the tracking information to email@example.com. We highly recommend insurance and tracking on packages you mail out. We are NOT responsible for the lost packages. This protects both parties in case the item is lost or damaged.
